Glassblowing is intense and requires an enormous level of attention and energy, challenging me like no other thing I've ever encountered. It's the closest thing to relating to a person, in that it can be beautiful and dangerous, and it requires heat, patience and courage. It's probably a bit like music, the moment decides the outcome.
