Michael Miro

Michael Miro moved to Taos, New Mexico in 2002 from Oakland, California. He had been a graphic artist and printer for 30 years but in his new life he wanted a new medium in which to work. After some research he found glass to be compatible with his sensibility and his desire to work with a complex process orientated medium. In 2006 Michael built a glass studio and began working in kiln-formed glass. His background in graphics, printing, and design in-forms his studio glasswork.
