Norm Dobbins   Norm, in the glass movement since 1970, helped pioneer the use of abrasive etching and carving as techniques for creating glass art. He and his wife Ruth developed equipment for the technique and have taught over 5000 people from the US and 35 countries. Norm and Ruth are currently involved in a 4 year ongoing collaboration with internationally acclaimed artist Judy Chicago. They operate Dobbins Studios and Aliento Glass School.
